example: Chuusuusei Biribiri (200 charka) opponent stop one post, can't avoid or be blocked its a jutsu of mine this is not my turn the fact it says block or avoid is that they are different and some jutsu say can not be avoided by clone.

Also, there are 3 ways to dodge a Attack, Interrupt, Avoid, and Block, each skill that does one of these say what it is, there are sum moves that can't be avoided, Interrupted, or Blocked, but those that can, you can use that type of skill
