Extream Sand Twister (200 Chakra) Mult-hit 400 damage opponet cannot use Dojutsu for 2 post
Jounin Level
Complete And Total Desturction of sand (400 Chakra) Mult-hit 500 damage Unavodibale -once per battle- opponet loses the Ablity to use Gain Chakra for 3 post

Some Final Rules: No skill may do more then 300 Damage at genin rank. 400 at Jounin rank, and 500 For the unavoidable.
